- Foam Roll/T-Ball
- Run 400m

2. SKILL & DRILL

- GHD Situp
- Burgener Warm Up/Skill Transfer Drills

3. WOD - METCON

3 rounds for time of:

- Back Squat (135#/95#), 20 reps
- Kettlebell Swing (35#/25#), 30 reps
- Wall Ball (20/16), 40 reps

20:00 even. John did it quicker. 18 something I think. This is a difficult combination on the legs.
