1. WARM UP

- Foam Roll/T-Ball
- Row 500m
- Dynamic Warm Up

2. WOD - "MURPH"

- for time:
- Run 1 Mile
- Pullup, 100 reps
-Pushup, 200 reps
- Air Squat, 300 reps
- Run 1 Mile

Reps may be partitioned as needed.
