3/20/11- METCON

1. WARM UP

- Dynamic Warm Up
- Run 400/Row 500

2. METCON

- AMRAP in 20 of:

- Burpee w/Lateral Hop, 10 reps
- Knees 2 Elbows, 10 reps
- Row 500 m (if rowers not open you must run 400m)

3. ENDURANCE

- Tabata Situp
- Rest 10 Seconds
- Tabata Squat
