- Deadlift, 1-1-1-1-1 reps

4. Stamina (3 rounds)
- Low KB Windmill, 10 reps/side
- High KB Windmill, 10 reps/side
- MB Clean, 15 reps
- Ring Support, 30 sec-1 min
- Inverted Ring Support, 30 sec-1 min

5. Durability
- Tabata Sledgehammer, 20:10x8
