9/12/10 - AMRAP 15 MIN


With a 15 minute running clock perform:
- Plate overhead walking lunge (25/10#), 50 steps

Then AMRAP:
- Burpee, 10 reps
- Situps, 20 reps
- KB Swing (35/25#), 30 reps
