1. Warm Up
- Dynamic Warm Up

2. Work Capacity - "SEVERIN" - For time:
- Strict Pullups, 50 reps
- Pushups (release hands from floor at bottom), 100 reps
- 5K

If you've got a 20 pound vest or body armor, wear it.
