- Weighted Pullups (50#), 5 reps

3. WOD - CROSSFIT GAMES EVENT 8
2-3 rounds for max reps in 3 min:
- 20 Calorie Row
- 30 Wallball Shots (20# @ 10' / 16# @ 8')
- 20 Toes to Bar
- 30 Box Jumps (24")
- Rest 1 min between rounds
