1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills
- CFE Run Drills

2. Work Capacity - 3 rounds for time:
- Burpees, 25 reps
- Pushups, 50 reps
- Situps, 75 reps
