1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. Stamina (2 rounds)
- Turkish Get Up, 3 reps
- Skin the Cat, 6 reps
- HSPU, 9 reps
- KB Clean & Press, 12 reps/side

3. Work Capacity - METCON
For time:
- Overhead Squats (95/65#), 100 reps

3 rounds for time:
- Double Unders, 20 reps
- Focus Mitts (1-2-3) - 20 reps (R)
- Renegade Row
- Sledgehammers
- Focus Mitts (1-2-3) - 20 reps (L)
- Rest 1 min
