1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. Strength
- Box Squat, 3RM

3. Work Capacity - "LYNNE"
5 rounds MAX reps:
- Bench Press, BW
- Pullups

4. Durability
- Back Extensions, 50 reps
- Pistols, 25 reps/side (alternate sides)
