2/13/11 - STAMINA/WOD MAKEUP

1. WARM UP
- Foam Roll: Quad, IT-Band
- T-Ball: Adductor, Pec
- Couch Stretch
- Wall Tricep

2. STAMINA
5 rounds of:

- Max Rep BW Bench Press
- Row Max Wattage (8-10 strokes)

- Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds.

- Post body weight, reps, and watts to comments

- Make up a WOD from this week!
