- CFE Run Drills

2. Skills & Drills
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

3. Strength
- Bench Press, 15-15-15 reps

4. Work Capacity
3 rounds for time:
- Run 1 mile or Row 2000m
- 3 min rest between rounds

5. Durability
- Hollow Rock, 3 min

6. Mobility
