1. Warm Up
- Mobility


2. Skills & Drills
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

3. Strength
- Snatch, 1 rep every minute on the minute for 15 min

4. Work Capacity
10 rounds for time and load:
- Clean & Jerk, 1 rep
- Pullups, 5 reps
- Pushups, 10 reps
- Squats, 15 reps

5. Durability
- Situps, 2 min
