- Snatch Push Press, 3-3-3-3 reps

- 3 Box Jumps (30") - land whole foot on the box
- 3 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65#)
4. SKILLS & DRILLS
- Kick Up to Handstand, 5 min
- Pike Stretch, 2 min
