2. STRENGTH
- Power Snatch, 2-2-2-2-2 reps

3. WOD - OLY WOD
21-18-15-12-9 reps rounds of:
- Power Snatch (115/75#)
- Wallball Shots (20#)
- Knees to Elbows

4. SKILLS & DRILLS
2-3 rounds
- Wall Extensions, 10 reps
- KB High Windmill (25/15#), 10 reps/side
