  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Skill Transfer Drills
2. Work Capacity - "BARBARA" - 5 rounds for time:
  • Pullups, 20 reps
  • Pushups, 30 reps
  • Situps, 40 reps
  • Squats, 50 reps
  • Rest 3 minutes between rounds
