  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Skill Transfer Drills
  • CrossFit Warm Up (2x15 or 3x10)
2. Strength
  • Back Squats, 3-3-3-3-3 reps
  • Shoulder Press, 3-3-3-3-3 reps
3. Durability
  • Reverse Hypers, 3x10
  • 1 arm KB Press, 3x10/side
