1. Warm Up

  • Alt Arm KB Swings, 10 reps/side
  • Low KB Windmill, 10 reps/side
  • Jump Rope, 200 reps
  • Alt Arm KB Swings, 10 reps/side
  • High KB Windmill, 10 reps/side
2. Work Capacity - 300 WORKOUT - For time:
  • Pullups, 25 reps
  • Deadlift (135#), 50 reps
  • Pushups, 50 reps
  • Box Jumps (24"), 50 reps
  • Floor Wipers (135#), 50 reps/side
  • 1 Arm KB Clean and Press (35#), 25 reps/side
  • Pullups, 25 reps
