  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Skill Transfer Drills
  • Run 1 Mile
2. Strength
  • Weighted Pullups, 3RM OR Assisted Pullups, 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
3. Work Capacity
"B-DUB 1000" - For time:
  • Double Unders, 1000 reps
"ANNIE" - 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time
  • Double Unders
  • Situps
