  • 3D Lunge Matrix

2. Work Capacity - "THE BEAR" - 5 rounds:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press

Complete 7 sets per round without setting the bar down. Increase load each round.
