2. Strength

  • Curtis P (Power Clean+Lunge R&L+Push Press), 5-5-5-5-5 reps

3. Work Capacity - 3 rounds for time:

  • Run 400m
  • Hang Snatch, 20 reps (75#/35#)
  • Pullups, 20 reps
  • KB Swing, 20 reps
  • Box Jumps, 20 reps (24"/16")
