  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Skill Transfer Drills
2. Strength
  • Hang Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps
  • Bench Press, 8x3@50% of 1RM
3. Work Capacity - "MICHAEL" - 3 rounds for time:
  • Run 800m
  • Back Extensions, 50 reps
  • Situps, 50 reps
