MAY PAINSTORM


1. Warm Up
  • Foam Roll
  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Skill Transfer Drills
  • MB Clean Warm Up
2. Stamina (2-3 rounds)
  • KB Clean & Press, 10 reps/side
  • Pistols, 10 reps/side
3. Work Capacity - MAY PAINSTORM - AMRAP 30 MIN:
  • Row 250m
  • Squat Clean > Thruster (135#/85#), 3 reps
Increase load 10/5# each round.
Workout ends at 30 minutes or after 3 fails in any one round.
