  • Ball Cobra, 15 reps
  • SL DB PNF, 10 reps/side

  • Row 2K
  • Run 1 mile
4. Durability (2 rounds)
  • Reverse Hypers, 15 reps
  • KB High Pull, 10 reps/side
  • GHR, 5 reps
