  • Walking Posterior Lunge w/ OH Reach
  • Lateral Lunge w/ MB T&C
  • Handstand Hold, 20 sec
  • Handstand Pushups, 3 reps
  • Pushup/Dip
  • Rope Sit/Stand
2. Work Capacity - 5 Person Teams, 2 Rotations
  • Sled Drag
  • Plate Carry
  • Piggy Back
  • Plate Overhead Carry
