- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. Strength
- Press, 5x3

3. Work Capacity - "NASTY GIRLS"
3 rounds for time:
- Squats, 50 reps
- Muscle Ups, 7 reps
- Hang Power Clean (135/95#), 10 reps
