8/24/10 - BENCH PRESS & DEATH BY PULLUPS



1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. Strength
- Bench Press, 1RM

2. Work Capacity - Death By Pullups
- With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

- Use as many sets each minute as needed.

- Post number of minutes completed to comments.
