- Foam Roll
- Run 1000m

2. Skills & Drills
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

3. Strength
- Back Squats, 1-1-1-1-1 reps

4. Work Capacity - "PAUL"
5 rounds for time:
- Double Unders, 50 reps
- Knees To Elbows, 35 reps
- Overhead Walk (185#), 20 yards
