8/23/10 - SNATCH & MOBILITY



1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll (Calves, IT-Bands, Adductors, Lats, Thoracic Spine)
- T-Ball (Thoracic Spine)
- Static (Calves, Bench Quads, Lats)

2. Skills & Drills
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

3. Work Capacity
- Snatch, 1RM

4. Mobility (Alternate - 1min:30sec x 5)
- Squat
- Floor Cobra
