1. Warm Up
- Mobility (Calves, Squat, Psoas, Shoulders)
- Overhead Squat

2. Strength
- Snatch Balance 3-3-3-3-3 reps

3. Work Capacity - "NANCY"
5 rounds for time:
- 400m Run
- Overhead Squat (95/65#), 15 reps
