- Skill Transfer Drills
- Jog 800m

2. Work Capacity - "Filthy Fifty" - For time:
- Box Jump (24"), 50 reps
- Jumping Pullups, 50 reps
- KB Swings (35#), 50 reps
- Walking Lunges, 50 reps
- Knees to Elbows, 50 reps
- Push Press
- Wallball
- Burpees
- Double Unders
