1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll (Calves, Adductors, Lats)
- Static (Calves, Bench Quads, Groin, Squat, Iron Cross, Spiderman, Pecs, Lats)
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills
- CrossFit Warm Up

2. Work Capacity - "ISABEL"
30 reps for time:
- Snatch (135#)
