1. Warm Up
  • Run 800m
  • Flexibility
2. Work Capacity - TEAM WORKOUT - MAX REPS
  • Burpees
  • Tire Flips
  • Sledgehammer
  • Walking Plate OH Lunges
  • Situps
4 Person Teams - Only 2 people can move at a time on each team.
2 Rounds / 2 minutes / 30 sec rest during rotation
