With a single 2 pood kettlebell:
  • Turkish Get Up (Right Arm), 21 reps
  • KB Swing, 50 reps
  • Overhead Squat (Left Arm), 21 reps
  • KB Swing, 50 reps
  • Overhead Squat (Right Arm), 21 reps
  • KB Swing, 50 reps
  • Turkish Get Up (Left Arm), 21 reps
