1. Warm Up
- Foam Roll (Calves, Quads, Lats)
- Static (Calves, Bench Quads, Track Hamstring, Piriformis)
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. Stamina (2 rounds)
- Tuck/L-Sit, 30sec-1min hold
- Side Plank, 30sec-1min hold
- Skin The Cat, 5 reps

3. Work Capacity - "MARY" - AMRAP 20 min
- 5 HSPU
- 10 Pistols
- 15 Pullups
