BACK SQUATS

1. Warm Up
  • Foam Roll
  • Flexibility
2. Stamina
  • 3D Lunge, Reach, Press w/DB
  • Jumping Jacks - Sagittal Legs, 3D Arms
3. Strength - Back Squats
  • Add 10-20# each set until you are unable.
  • Start at 45# or 135#
