  • SLST, Curl, Press (1 arm) - 10 reps/side
  • MB Front Oblique Throws - 20 reps/side

4. Work Capacity - 3 rounds for time:
  • Row 500m
  • BW Bench Press, 30 reps

  • Reverse Crunches, 50-100 reps
