  • Side Body Balance Drill
  • Single Back>Front Roll Drill
3. Work Capacity - 3-5 rounds for time:
  • Freestyle, 50m+100m
  • Rest the exact time it takes to perform each set
4. Durability
  • Sidestroke, 300m
