1/6/10 - SEALFIT PRE-REQUISITE TEST

1. WARM UP
- Mobility WOD
- Burgener Warm Up
- Skill Transfer Drills

2. SEALFIT PRE-REQUISITE TEST

- Pushups, Max Reps in 2 min (45 minimum)
- Situps, Max Reps in 2 min (45 minimum)
- Dead Hang Pullups, no time limit (6 minimum)
- Run, 3 miles (28:00 or less)

- MURPH - For time: (50:00 or less)
  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 Pullups
  • 200 Pushups
  • 300 Squats
  • Run 1 mile
- Fran in 15:00 or less
