1. Warm Up
  • Foam Roll: Thoracic Spine, Pecs, Lats
  • Flexibility: Pecs, Lats
2. Strength
  • Shoulder Press, 1RM
3. Stamina (3-5 rounds)
  • Floor Supermans, 15 reps
  • SL Bent Over DB Row, 10 reps/side
  • Ring Support, 30 sec
4. Work Capacity - 21-15-9 reps for time:
  • Knees to Elbows
  • Ring Dips
  • Box Jumps
