STAMINA & EVERY MIN ON THE MIN

1. Warm Up
  • Speed & Agility Ladder
2. Stamina (3-5 rounds)
  • Turkish Get Ups, 3 reps
  • Sledgehammers, 10 reps/side
  • KB Clean & Press, 10 reps/side
3. Work Capacity - Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes
  • Pullups, 5 reps
  • Burpess, 5 reps
4. Durability
  • 100-200 Flutter Kicks
