FRONT SQUAT & "THOSE BURPEES SUCK!"


1. Warm Up
  • Foam Roll: Quads, Adductors
  • T-Ball: Scapula, Piriformis
  • Flexibility: Calves, Bench Quads, Squat, Spiderman
2. Strength
  • Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
3. Work Capacity - "Those burpees SUCK!"
  • Pullups, 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Box Jumps
  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Burpees
